Open the game, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
Please try the following steps:
Sign in with your Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) account within the game. Your progress will automatically sync across all devices signed in with the same account.
You can request data deletion through our Data Deletion page or by emailing us at privacy@blessupgames.com.
