Welcome to Bless Up Games. By downloading, installing, or using any of our mobile applications (the "Apps"), including Kelimeci, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may use our Apps as a guest or create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Guest accounts may lose progress if the app is uninstalled.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps or their content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools

4. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer in-app purchases, including virtual currency (coins) and cosmetic items. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective terms and refund policies apply. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

Coins and other virtual items obtained through in-app purchases or gameplay have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or functionality of virtual items at any time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames or profile content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Apps

7. Advertising

Our Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These ads are subject to the respective ad network's terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in our Apps — including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, sounds, logos, word dictionaries, and gameplay mechanics — is the property of Bless Up Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress due to technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bless Up Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Apps.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
